Prices and Terms that you'll agree to when you commission me. Prices may be flexible, terms aren't.
Terms Of Service
Please read these terms before you agree to commission me. Being unaware of these terms is not an excuse if you are to break these terms and are blacklisted.
Art Pricing
Prices may be flexible, but I will not accept blatant haggling before anything is established.
Blacklist
Users on this list are barred from obtaining my art, designs, and may be forbidden from accessing places like my Discord Servers.
Do not harass anyone from these lists.
Terms Of Service
1. Always credit my artwork! A link to my social medias, or wherever you commissioned me will suffice! Repost accounts must ask me for permission first. Violators will be subject to copyright takedowns if they won't comply with the formal or informal requests.2. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to deny you of certain commission types, or to post you on my private blacklist. People who knowingly or unknowlingly violate or bypass my blacklist will be barred from obtaining future designs or art.3. A 50% deposit must be made at the purchase of any art piece unless specified. and I must have given an instruction to pay beforehand. Any unsolicited payments are considered donations and may be reimbursed through reward sketches.4. Don’t beg for free art or discounts. Prices are negotiable but choosing beggars will always be denied.
5. You CAN ask for updates after the week of not getting a WIP (work in progress update), and every week after, but do not spam for updates.6. I do not supply refunds unless I specify that I cannot do the work. Cancelling due to regrets, or loss of ownership of the character are not sufficient reasons for a refund. I may be able to assist if you need to put the work on hold for emergencies.7. If you are displeased with your work after the final confirmation, or request changes, at any stage, I am willing to do so. However, fully changing poses, adding or removing large line art sections/ large changes will require compensation.7a. Please specify all changes clearly when a progress image is sent to you. Pose must be verified by the sketch phase, flat colors must be verified by the base color phase, shading and background must be verified by the shading phase. When all pieces are finalized, assume all layer ar emerged, and changes cannot be made after that point.8. Be polite! Being outlandishly rude, creepy, sexual, pushy, or threatening will get you blacklisted, and your commission will be cancelled.10. My art may not be used for commercial purposes, such as merch comics, covers, stickers or ads (instances where you’ll be making continued revenue off of my pieces), unless you've paid a commercial use fee to me, or its specified clearly ahead of time.11. Tracing or altering of my work is not allowed and is heavily discouraged, unless its explicitly permitted ahead of time.12. Commissioning others to finish or alter pieces like sketches or lineart pieces is not allowed and will be counted as theft.
